It was a breathtaking luxury condo in the prestigious North Bank building w/ the BEST views of Downtown Columbus & the Scioto River and yet it hadn't sold in over 6 months.  The Sellers were quite frustrated and after interviewing several top agents in Columbus, decided to hire our team to market their home. We were tasked with the challenge of selling this condo even though it had accumulated 183 days on market in the MLS and was considered an "old" listing.

 Our plan of action

1. We produced a High Definition Video using drone technology and highlighted not only the condo itself and the incredible views, but also "urban" living in exciting Downtown Columbus.

2. Our award winning photographer captured stunning images using High Definition (HDR) photography.  The difference between the old photos and ours was quite dramatic.

3. We analyzed the comparable sales data and used our knowledge as experts in the downtown market to price the property accurately.

4. We marketed the property through all distribution channels including our website (visited by over 6,000 active buyers) ; a targeted Social Media Campaign and featured Listings in Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Remax, and 100's of other home search sites.

In contract in just 6 days and for $20,000 above list price!  Needless to say, our clients were very excited and could move ahead with their plans to retire to Florida.
