After a home tour, will create a comparative analysis to come up with market value and will set up a strategy session to discuss list price

We will provide a NET TO SELLER sheet so that you know how much $ you can expect to net after expenses from the closing

A stager will visit and give recommendations on the home

If repairs or improvements are needed, we will refer our trusted contractor.

We will install a Coming Soon sign

We will implement a "Coming Soon" multi-media campaign

Professional photography of your home will be taken

Possible videography or 3D video tour will be shot if applicable

We will install secure lockbox accessible only by bluetooth to realtors and inspectors.
